All our meat and eggs are free ranged or of higher welfare. we work closely with our butcher to ensure everything is local, fresh and well reared.

Our cocktails are designed by our head bartender, Nick Stride, inspired by the flavours of Vietnam and the bitters, cordials and liqueurs we use are all lovingly hand made.
